Terms and Conditions

Buyer may return items for any reason for a refund.  Buyer must contact our office for a return code within 5 days of the date of delivery.  Coins certified by PCGS or NGC implore a 3-day review period.  After that all sales are final, and no returns will be accepted.  All returns are subject to a 5 percent re-stocking fee.  Client is responsible for the cost of shipping and insurance on all returns.  We do not offer returns on bullion related items.  Items removed from its original holder will be considered sold.  Wire transfers are considered final sale.  Buyer should consider coins strictly as collector coins. Any investment advice should be obtained from buyers own financial experts.  If you have an issue with your order, please contact our office and we will gladly assist you.
